A: A service agreement is established once the client signs the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and pays the initial invoice for BPO, VA, or support services.

Q: What are the payment terms for BPO and Virtual Assistant services?

A: Standard services are typically billed on a prepaid monthly retainer or a bi-weekly invoicing schedule, depending on the agreed-upon contract.

Q: What is the client’s responsibility regarding software licenses?

A: The client is responsible for providing and paying for any third-party software licenses (like Zendesk, CRM seats, VOIP lines) required for our agents to perform their duties.

Q: Is there a non-solicitation clause regarding your employees?

A: Yes. Clients agree not to directly hire, poach, or solicit any Assistiq Global employee or contractor for a minimum of 24 months after the termination of our contract without paying a buyout fee.

A: Either party may terminate the standard month-to-month agreement by providing a written notice of at least 30 days, unless a different notice period is specified in the MSA.

A: Assistiq Global maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, or discrimination against our staff. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if agents are subjected to hostile environments.

A: We reserve the right to adjust our rates to account for inflation or operational costs. Clients will be provided with a minimum of 30 days written notice before any rate changes take effect.

Q: What jurisdiction governs these terms and conditions?

A: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
